Construction  Our seamless INFUSION-TECHNOLOGY production method ensures 100% consistancy in production. All kayaks come out of the mould in 1-piece, all in the in the same quality, perfect gelcoat, no air on the surface and inside the laminate. This makes them up to 15% stronger than boats produced by traditional (most used hand-layup)  

We put an additional black kevlar tape on the outside seam for even more durablity.  For the material layup we only choose the best materials like aerospace quality carbon fibers. This multi-layer, sandwich construction is stiff and very strong at a relativly low weight. The intergrated pre-shaped bumpers are made of a durable type of foam.  Our boats are produced in strong-body-construction to withstand hard impact and to last longer than most other boats on the market.
